These ten stationery items are a cheaper alternative to the high-end or branded stationery we've seen on the market. These materials are ideal for those who are just starting out and don't have a lot of money to spend on branded items. This blog is also ideal for those who enjoy journaling and taking notes.

For this blog, I made three sets: pens and highlighters, notebooks and binders, and decorations.

Set 1: Pens, Highlighters, and Erasers

Section 1: Ballpoint/Ballpen, Pencils and Signpen

1. Ballpoint pen

Ballpoint pens are ideal for every occasion or event, whether journaling or taking notes; they are always on the list. I have a number of ballpoint pens on my list, and you can buy them either online or in real stores near you (though I prefer buying them in physical stores because they are cheaper). For ballpoint pen, I recommend flexoffice, Pentel WOW!, HBW, and Avanti Pastels Ballpoint pen. These pens, especially the flexoffice and Pentel WOW, are the best!

2. Pencils

I also recommend Faber Castell pencils and some tian hao mechanical pencils for pencils. I drew some sketches with pencils, which are easily undoable if you make a mistake.

3. Sign Pen

When I sketch something, I use a sign pen to highlight the areas I want to draw attention to. In this way, the things you draw will come to life. I propose Hi-Partner and Dong A Fine Tech for sign pens.

Section 2: Highlighters and Calligraphy Pen

4. Highlighters

Highlighters can be used in a variety of ways. For example, they can be used to draw attention to keywords or phrases in a sentence or paragraph. Second, it can be used to bring pictures or concepts in a journal to life. It brings your drawing to life and makes it cute. I suggest using a Maped Highlighter for note-taking and a Fluorescent Pen to bring your journal spreads to life.

5. Calligraphy Pens

Calligraphy pens are an excellent alternative to brush pens for creating calligraphy texts. I recommend Baoke Calligraphy pens to anyone who is new to calligraphy, such as myself. It also has a pigmented black ink and is water-based. It is quite cost-effective!

Section 3: Erasers and Correction Tapes

6. Eraser and Correction Tape

I've tried several different erasers, but this one is the best! The HBW eraser can only erase what you want it to remove. It's smudge-resistant and silky smooth. In note-taking, I primarily used Twingo correction tape because it is smoother than the others.

Set 2: Notebooks and Binders

7. Notebooks

The Oumi Muji Craft Notebook is both inexpensive and attractive. I honestly haven't used it yet, but it's lovely! Because it only has 40 pages, you can't use it for journaling; instead, it's ideal for jotting down notes. However, because it's wholesale, you can get 5 to 10 pieces for a reasonable price. You may use this as a bullet journal by putting it all together. If you're lazy, you can also get a bullet journal notebook.

8. Binder

The Bnesos Notebook binder is ideal for keeping your notes organized in a minimalist design.

Set 3: Decorations

9. Sticker Flakes or Sheets

It's ideal for giving the stuff you already have in your journal a new lease on life. These adorable stickers will brighten up your journal.

10. Washi Tape

Washi tape is a great alternative to scotch tapes with little cute designs if you use notepads or memo pads in your journal or even for note-taking.
